Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Casablanca

Welcome to Morocco! Upon arrival at the airport, transfer to your hotel. Depending on your arrival time, visit the magnificent Hassan II Mosque, dramatically perched on the Atlantic shore, or stroll the lively Corniche promenade.


Day 2: Casablanca – Rabat – Chefchaouen

After breakfast, discover Casablanca’s key sites including Mohammed V Square and the Habous quarter. Continue to Rabat, Morocco’s capital, to see the Royal Palace, Hassan Tower, and the beautiful Kasbah of the Oudaias. In the afternoon, journey north into the Rif Mountains, arriving in the picturesque “Blue City” of Chefchaouen.


Day 3: Chefchaouen – Volubilis – Meknes – Fes

Enjoy a morning exploring Chefchaouen’s iconic blue streets. Later, drive to the UNESCO World Heritage site of Volubilis to explore Roman ruins. Continue to the imperial city of Meknes to admire Bab Mansour Gate and the Mausoleum of Moulay Ismail before arriving in Fes.


Day 4: Discovering Imperial Fes

Explore Fes with a local expert, delving into the ancient Fes el-Bali medina. Visit Al-Qarawiyyin University, the famous Chouara Tanneries, Bou Inania Madrasa, and vibrant souks and artisan quarters.


Day 5: Fes – Ifrane – Cedar Forest – Merzouga

Journey into the Middle Atlas Mountains, stopping in Ifrane (“Morocco’s Switzerland”) and the Cedar Forests to see Barbary macaque monkeys. Continue toward the Sahara, arriving at Merzouga, gateway to the Erg Chebbi dunes.


Day 6: Merzouga Desert Experience

Embark on a camel trek across the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi to watch the sunset. Enjoy a traditional dinner, Berber music, and spectacular stars at a comfortable desert camp.


Day 7: Erg Chebbi – Todra Gorges – Dades Valley

Witness a magical desert sunrise before heading to the magnificent Todra Gorges for a walk through the towering red canyon. Continue to the scenic Dades Valley with its dramatic rock formations.


Day 8: Dades Valley – Valley of Roses – Ouarzazate

Day 9: Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou – Taroudante

Day 10: Taroudante – Agadir – Essaouira

Day 11: Essaouira – Marrakech
